We are delighted to announce that Mrs Riëtte Lourens has been awarded the running of the tuck shop. Congratulations!

A huge thank you goes out to all the PTA moms who have helped out over the past few weeks with the running of the tuck shop.  Be sure to visit the tuck shop to see the improvements and get some of the wonderful goodies on sale.

Are you ready for this fun-filled day?  To get you in the mood, herewith a few more details:

Each grade has been allocated a for the different country:
Grade 0 = China
Grade 1 = Italy
Grade 2 = Portugal
Grade 3 = Germany
Grade 4 = India
Grade 5 = Mexico
Grade 6 = U S A
Grade 7 = France


Please keep selling the raffle forms that have been going home, we have lots that have come in so far but want to keep encouraging you to bring more. The prizes are getting better each week!

For the raffle:

Tennis

Pick up a racket and come and join us for an afternoon of fun.

Social Tennis:
Team and social tennis on Mondays from 2-3 at Northcliff High School.

Junior Netball Practice times:
Grade 1’s – Tuesday and Wednesday from 13:00 to 13:45
Grade 2’s – Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 13:15 – 14:00.

Picnic Under the Stars

The night eventually came when we got to have our picnic (though it was under the clouds and not too many stars were seen!).  A huge thank you goes out to the PTA for their organising of a great event.

Congratulations go to Tymon and Kaydon Minnaar (both in Grade 5) on their art achievements.  The boys entered the Johannesburg Zoo art competition earlier this year.
