Grade 4 Tour

The Grade 4s went on tour from the 13th to 15th October 2010... and by the looks of the photos they had lots of fun!!!  Thank you to Mrs Brokensha for these great pics.

Lots of team work.... tug of war, balancing, polo

Yes Mommy we did eat and drink!!!

Learning how to paddle

But for some the tadpoles were much more interesting

The swing over the river was a definite highlight

and just to prove it.... even the teachers went!!!

Obstacle courses can be lots of fun

And also very dirty!

Bedtime is not bedtime without a friend or two

Don't forget the archery practice too.... mind you don't hit someone

Thank you to our teachers and the camp leaders and staff

There were no major mishaps (that we know of!) and it was a successful tour.

Proudly South African Spring Walk

Spring sprung and out came all the proudly South African walkers for our school funday in September.... here is a glimpse of the happenings....

A huge thank you to the Elliot family for their organising of this wonderful event.  Thank you too to the Atkinson family (Grade 3R) and others for the photos.

Juniors Sports Day

On the 19th of August the Junior School (Grades 1, 2 & 3) went over to Kings School Robin Hills for a day of fun athletics... otherwise known as Mini Olympics.

The feedback was very positive ... all the children seemed to enjoy the day and loved participating in the different events.

Thanks to Gloria Matshusa for providing the photos.

Grade O Spring Hats

Spring sprung with a bang.... it was a beautiful warm sunny day and all the Grade 0s were decked out in their best spring hats...

What gorgeous creations... well done to all the children (and parents) for the effort.

Casual Day Photos

Did you wear your sticker on Friday 3 September?  Well the children of our school certainly did.

Thanks to all who dressed in civvies and bought their tickets.  We have been able to send Casa da Sol School an amount of R3 500.
